The Nico Tapes The Nico Tapes is a limited serialized fiction podcast told through recovered voice memos from a political aide caught between politics, secrets, and desire. Set before Monte Casanova, Tutafarel’s debut book released alongside his upcoming album, this confessional thriller unfolds in minute-long tapes compiled weekly.

Full podcast episodes drop every Friday starting September 19 and continue throughout fall 2025.

Tutafarel is the creative alias of Raphael Rosalen, a Brazilian artist and writer based in Los Angeles. His work blends music, literature, and digital media, often through cross-platform narratives. The series unfolds as a prequel to Monte Casanova, his debut book, released alongside his first album of the same name.
